Anzer Balevi Chestnut Honey; A Gift of Nature
Chestnut honey is a type of honey obtained from the extracts that bees collect from the flowers of this tree during a certain period of the chestnut tree. This honey, which we can obtain thanks to the bees working intensively in June when the chestnut trees begin to flower, is considered among the more valuable honeys since it can be produced less than many other flower honeys.

Chestnut honey, which you can easily distinguish from the classical flower honeys you can find in the market thanks to its darker colour and thicker consistency, is mostly found in Bursa in our country, as you can guess, as well as in Kastamonu, Artvin, Ardahan and Rize, where chestnut trees are almost like a forest, and where the Black Sea climate is dominant.

How to consume chestnut honey?

Since chestnut honey is both intense and very effective honey, it should be consumed in moderation.
