Sedir Balı
Sedir Ağacı balı , basra böceğinin ve arıların ortak ürünüdür. Sedir ağacının öz suyunu emen basra böceği organik asitler, enzimler ve mineraller yönünden zengin olan bir salgı bırakır, aynı salgı arılar tarafından ikinci kez kendi enzimleri ile zenginleştirerek peteklere depolanır. Ortaya ise hem leziz hem de sağlıklı bir bal çeşidi çıkar. Baharatımsı ve reçineli tada sahip olan bu elzem bal Akdeniz yaylalarında yetişen Sedir ormanlarında hasat edilir.

عسل الأرز
عسل خشب الأرز هو نتاج مشترك بين النحل والنحل.  خنفساء البصرة تمتص عصارة شجر الأرز وتترك إفرازًا غنيًا بالأحماض العضوية والإنزيمات والمعادن ، ويثري النحل هذا الإفراز للمرة الثانية بإنزيماته الخاصة ويخزن في أقراص العسل.  والنتيجة نوع من العسل لذيذ وصحي.  يتم حصاد هذا العسل الأساسي ، الذي له طعم حار وراتيني ، في غابات الأرز المزروعة في مرتفعات البحر الأبيض المتوسط.
